    Spanish Speaking Recruitment Manager Job in London

    Frank Recruitment Group is currently taking applications for a Spanish speaking Recruitment Manager job at the London office.

    As we expand into new regions it is important that we introduce a Spanish speaking Recruitment Manager to the business in order to maintain excellent customer service with foreign language clients and candidates. Please note that as this role is based in the UK, English language skills are also essential.

    As a Spanish speaking Recruitment Manager you will be regularly interacting with Spanish business associates. Given the technical nature of conversation and the complexity of some of our specialist technologies, applicants must be fluent in the language.

    What we look for in Recruitment Managers:
    •4 years of experience in a recruitment or sales/sales leadership role.
    •The ability to manage and lead a team in a vibrant sales environment.
    •Great sales skills, as you will be expected to complete at least one deal per month.
    •An enthusiasm to attend networking and industry meet and greets, as these events will be invaluable for securing sales leads and improving market knowledge.
    •The ability to train your team in line with our company message.
