    Your new company:

This is an opportunity for an organised account manager to join the European leader in airport parking reservations.
ParkCloud, a recognised brand in the travel industry, is based in the heart of Manchester and is a Queen’s Award for Enterprise Winner; we work together with leading airlines and travel brands to promote our services through many different channels.

ParkCloud is far from your average parking booking service: it is a very dynamic company on a mission to revolutionise our clients’ experience. Things happen quickly here, and that is why we need enthusiastic individuals, who are eager to learn and grow. We offer a range of development opportunities while encouraging your individuality and creativity: you are employed to make your mark.

    Your new role:
You will be given responsibility for the current portfolio of clients primarily in the Spanish speaking markets in order to provide substantial revenue growth. You will be coordinating, directing and managing relations with said clients with the goal of strengthening and growing relationships. You will be the first point of contact for ParkCloud’s clients, ensuring that they always receive the best service possible: you will assess risk and quality of work done for clients and ensure an excellent service has been provided to encourage repeat business. You will manage a pipeline of cases and ensure agreed SLAs are met. You will be responsible for developing relationships with your portfolio of assigned clients to ensure their long-term retention.

You will support the deal process from relationship building and due diligence, all the way through post-contract signing integration: you will drive client engagement by performing a broad range of quantitative and qualitative analyses.
Successful partnerships are those which significantly increase not only the number of bookings, but also each booking average basket value, and, hopefully, ParkCloud’s brand awareness.

You will be based at our HQ in central Manchester and will occasionally travel to events and meet with clients.
