    THE COMPANY:

    Our client is a global provider of customer-focused solutions designed to improve process and product quality by adding value, reducing total cost and promoting collaboration among stakeholders in various industries. They are currently recruiting for a Training Administrator to support the coordination of activities and as necessary other Professional Development Activities within the European Sector. All applicants but have the ability to speak a European language at fluency level.

    THE ROLE:

    - Coordinate and provide consistent and thorough follow-up for classes including negotiation with customers
    - Printing and coordination of course materials
    - Coordinate and deliver marketing support for the department including newsletters, press releases, online presence and marketing updates
    - Maintain appropriate records and generate reports, making recommendation for program improvements/developments
    - Act as an information focal point for general inquiries through phone and email
    - Act as a back-up in the absence of other coordinator`s by making appropriate decisions
    - Assisting with development activities within the European Sector
    - Following up and collecting of invoices
    - Other ad hoc duties as and when required


    THE PERSON:

    - Must have a Bachelors Degree in Business or related field
    - Must have one European Language (French, German, Spanish preferred)
    - 3 years of administrative work experience including work in a training function
    - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
    - Highly competent in the use of Microsoft Office
    - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain professional working relationships
    - Able to travel at least 20% of the time
    - Excellent attention to detail
    - Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise own workload
