    A multinational company that offers environmental and social consulting services, information management software solutions for Sustainability and Social Responsibility. As well as consulting in engineering and design focused on sustainable construction, with a dynamic, multidisciplinary and international team established in 7 countries are looking for a Spanish speaking finance administrator.

     

    Spanish Speaking Finance Administrator responsibilities:

    FUNCTIONS
    Billing management (preparation and review of invoices received and issued). · Relationship with customers and suppliers.
    Documentation management in online platform
    Processing and tracking of orders and office supplies
    Maintenance of office facilities and equipment (management with the property, supervision of needs, etc.)

    IS REQUIRED

    Higher degree in Administration and Finance, Commerce or similar.


    Previous experience of at least 2 years in administration and business management tasks


    Experience or Knowledge in the Construction Sector will be very valued


    English and Spanish bilingual level.


    At least 10 years of residence in the United Kingdom (essential).


    Professional Domain of Office Package.
