    An exciting opportunity has become available for Export Sales Administrators to join Premier Housewares Ltd, a leading designer and distributor of Interior Accessories, Furniture and Homewares.

    Based in Glasgow, UK, and supplying to multiple retailers, online retailers, buying groups and independent retailers all over the world Premier is one of the UK’s leading furniture and homewares distributors.

    Premier Housewares Ltd is now looking for additional Export Sales Administrators to work with their existing team in Export Sales.

    In this role you will be responsible for prospecting for new customers, sending quotations regularly and analysing trends as well as developing Sales Plans and Strategies to meet customer needs.

    Responsibilities :
    •Deal with existing customers/ New Customers through emails with the occasional face to face meeting, reserving stocks to ensure customers ongoing requirements are met, sending quotations, offering new products and possibly attending overseas exhibitions where we are exhibiting our new products.
    •Work with our ERP IT system( Training will be provided ).
    •Following and maintaining contact with existing customers to introduce new products and contacting potential new customers to try and get them to begin trading with us.
    •Increase Sales to existing customers (new ideas are welcome).
    •Dealing and negotiating with customers (new or existing ones) for the best result
    •Knowledge of transportation and export documents (L/C, ATR1...) and incoterms (DDP, FOB…) would be advantageous however not necessary as training would be provided.
    •Booking of transport for trailers/pallets with transport companies to achieve the best possible deal.
    •Ideally, you will be a good team player and also have the ability to work on your own.

    Experience/Skills :
    •Ideally to succeed in this role you should be proficient in one of the following languages, Spanish / Russian / French/ Polish.
    •More than 3 years’ experience in Customers service and beneficially in Export.

    Competitive Salary (Dependent on Experience)

    Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to -17:30 PM and no Weekends.
